Bachelors of Business Administration(BBA)

The objective of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program of Pokhara University is to provide students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in various areas of business administration. In order to develop communication and interpersonal skills, students are emphasized to participate in class activities, group discussions, and individual presentations. The medium of instruction and examination for this program is English, and a student is expected to have good English language proficiency with acceptable communication skills. Besides lectures, the classes are facilitated by case studies, group discussions, project assignments, field visits, presentations, and other teaching methods.

This is an intensive program that strongly and adequately emphasizes both conceptual foundations and practical applications.

Admission Procedure
The entry requirement for the new students in the BBA program is higher Secondary Level (10+2) or A level, or IB or equivalent as recognized by Pokhara University.

Evaluation and Grading System
The college follows the Evaluation System developed by the university. In which the 50% weight is allocated for internal assessment & rest for the University end-semester examination. The internal assessment incorporates attendance, classroom participation, individual and group presentation, case studies, assignments, internal examinations.

The students are required to pass both the internal & external evaluations independently. The final grade is awarded on the basis of students’ consolidated performance. Pokhara University follows a Four-Point Grade System.
